Founder & Principal Broker
Evelyn founded Aureline in 2012 after a decade at the top of the Westside market, and has personally closed over $2 billion in residential sales. She leads every listing the firm takes.
Today the firm is eleven agents across Beverly Hills, Malibu, and the Central Coast, closing roughly $400 million a year without ever holding more than thirty listings at once.
Fewer listings at a time
We cap the number of homes we represent. Preparation, photography, and negotiation all get senior eyes, every time.
Discretion
Many of our best sales never touch the open market. Discretion is not a service tier here; it is the default.
